At Maison Gilou, we want you to be entirely delighted with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@maisongilou.com with your order number.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless local law requires otherwise.

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned if unopened and sealed.
